Configuration is a fancy name for setup. Setup will vary for different entities, so we've created an average price that will help us continue to provide complete service to each request. Some of the features like automated emails and sms services will have usage fees applied. These fees are what your business will be billed for. You'll only get billed for the usage, so if it's busy then your bill will be higher than when it's not. This fee is in addition to your monthly package and billed separately at the end of the month based on actual usage. Emails and SMS are pennies per message. They're billed by character limits so example if you send a message with a 160 characters and the character count per message is 140 you get docked for 2 messages sent even if it were one message. And if messages cost 5 cents per send you get billed for 10 cents for that message.
